On deck: East Troy Railroad Museum Barton / Wurlitzer Project
June 2021: We are thrilled to announce our new partnership with the East Troy Railroad Museum!
We would like to express our gratitude to long-standing member John Cornue for his generous donation of a two-manual Barton Console. Additionally, thanks to the many parts supplied by Ryan Jonas, we now have the motivation to build another instrument. This new instrument will be installed in the Depot building at the East Troy Railroad Museum!
After we complete our Geneva Theatre Wurlitzer project, we will focus on this space. We envision a theatre pipe organ with approximately eight ranks, accompanied by the typical range of percussion instruments. We are very excited about this opportunity and look forward to many joint social events and train rides!
